1:1 Transformational Coaching is a holistic experience that integrates movement, strength training, mindfulness, and self-reflection to support growth from the inside out.

Through weekly sessions, we use the body as a gateway to greater awareness. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and attachments that may be keeping you stuck while building the strength, self-trust, and resilience needed to create meaningful change.

This work blends intentional movement, mindful inquiry, and conscious action. We don’t rush. We slow down, listen, and create space for what’s true.
