The Path That Found Me

My journey began in the gym, but it didn’t end there.

For over a decade, I’ve studied movement, strength, and the science of the body. With a degree in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy Assistant , I’ve helped people move better, build real strength, and reconnect to their bodies through intentional training.

But I came to understand—real transformation is never just physical.
It’s emotional. Mental. Spiritual.

As I moved deeper into my own journey, I began exploring mindfulness, meditation, and journaling. I started reflecting on my life through the lens of ancient wisdom traditions, spiritual texts, and modern philosophies that spoke to the deeper layers of who we are. These teachings helped me question old beliefs, observe my patterns, and live with more intention and awareness.

This inner work became my foundation—and it continues to guide me daily.

Today, I integrate all of it into my coaching. I blend functional strength training with meditation, breathwork, self-inquiry, journaling prompts, and insights from powerful spiritual teachings. This work isn’t just about building your body—it’s about awakening your awareness, strengthening your mind, and stepping into a version of yourself that feels true and grounded.

This is why I created SoulHouse.
It’s not just a fitness studio.
