💪🏽 Personal Training FAQ
What makes your approach to physical training different from a regular gym or trainer?
I focus on functional strength, mobility, and long-term growth—not just aesthetics. My training sessions are grounded in intention, proper form, and awareness. I also close each session with grounding breath work so your nervous system is supported and integrated before you re-enter your day.
How do I get started?
Start by booking a consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, your body, and how I can support your journey. From there, we’ll build a training plan that meets you where you are and takes you where you’re ready to go.
What if I have an injury or limited mobility?
With a background in physical therapy, I’m equipped to work with clients navigating injuries or movement restrictions. I’ll meet you where you are and modify your training so you can rebuild strength safely and effectively.
🌿 Transformational Coaching FAQ?
How is this different from therapy or your coaching?
While therapy often focuses on mental health and past trauma, transformational coaching centers on present-moment awareness and conscious transformation. It’s not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you see clearly, feel fully, and align more deeply with who you truly are.
Mindset coaching focuses on thought reprogramming. This work goes deeper—into the body, breath, and belief systems that shape your inner world.
Is this work spiritual or religious?
It is deeply spiritual, but not religious. This coaching is grounded in universal principles—like presence, awareness, and compassion—that connect you to your inner wisdom. While the work draws from contemplative traditions, it does not require any specific religious belief, and it fully supports whatever spiritual or religious path you may already walk. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, this work meets you where you are and honors your personal connection to something greater.
What does a session look like?
Each session is a guided journey. We begin with presence—often through grounding or breath work—then move into conversation, inquiry, or guided meditation based on what’s alive for you. You’ll leave with new insights, more clarity, and often a shift in how you relate to your mind, body, or situation.
