With a background in exercise science and physical therapy, I bring a deep understanding of how the body moves, heals, and grows.
Through functional strength training, I help you build a resilient, mobile body that moves well and feels good every day.
My sessions go beyond just working out—they’re about reconnecting to your body with intention, developing real strength, and moving through life with more confidence and ease.
I also offer manual stretching techniques to support recovery, improve flexibility, and release stored tension from the body—helping you move and feel better both during training and in daily life.
As a mindfulness meditation teacher, I create space for stillness, self-reflection, and inner growth.
My coaching weaves together movement, awareness, and deep personal insight to support you in becoming the most grounded, empowered version of yourself.
